Using The Desire Map method combined with yoga, we’ll take a four-hour journey into your heart’s desires. Together, we'll identify soul-centered intentions and goals that feel aligned with the way you want to feel. Then we’ll integrate your newfound goals and intentions with a grounding Yin Yoga practice to create necessary space for growth and expansion. We’ll end with soul-rooted practices that will help to keep you inspired in your daily life.
